Shakyamuni Buddha. Shakyamuni is seated on a multi-colored lotus blossom surrounded by a blue and orange nimbus and vegetation; a dark green aureola surrounds his head. His right hand performs the earth-touching mudra; the left hand, in the mudra of meditation, holds a begging bowl. 19th century.
