Description
Manjushri. Manjushri, the Bodhisattva of wisdom, is seated atop a moon disc on a lotus throne, with a book resting on the lotus at his left shoulder and a sword on the lotus at his right. He is adorned with a crown of gold, necklaces, and bracelets, and he wears a green scarf of silk and a red skirt. To his right and left are two Bodhisattvas; above him are monks and lamas. 18th century.
